The Academy for Canine Behavior and Training

We take your time—and ours—seriously. Please read our policy carefully before booking services.

Evaluations & Private Training
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments for evaluations and private training sessions are non-refundable, including no-shows, cancellations, or same-day reschedules.
Board and Train
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your dog’s Board and Train drop-off date. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be considered. We will do our best to accommodate based on our availability.
Training Packages
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Private lesson packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.
